The Business Plan Equation
The Business Plan Equation is a method of teaching individuals the rudiments of Business Development while helping them to craft their own Business Plan. This curriculum is based on over 50 years of business ownership, 20 years of Business Consulting Experience and several degrees in Business Administration and Management.
This Business Curriculum takes course participants through the process of Self-Discovery, Self-Development, and Financial Discovery as the basis for each individual Self-Employment Enterprise.
Once a course participant has completed these foundation modules, they begin building their business around the four pillars of the Business Plan Equation.
Our Method of Instruction - Consultative Instruction
Many people sign up for online courses every year. A large percentage of those people never complete the coursework. Some online courses employ facilitators and moderators to check in with clients about the stages of completion and progress in their coursework.
Although this method is beneficial for many types of course work, it still falls short when it comes to the self-reflective process of small business and entrepreneurial development.
Entrepreneurial development is more than just learning a new skill for writing a business plan. It is having the ability to take an honest and sometimes difficult look at one’s skills, abilities, limitations, and constraints.
To help participants excel in their process of entrepreneurial development, the Mack Tucker Group has developed a program of Consultative Instruction. Consultative Instruction combines the expertise of a personal consultant with the empowerment of an individual instructor.
As clients engage in our consultative instruction process, they are not only empowered to fully understand their personal business; they are also aided in their business development process by highly trained business development experts who instruct and empower them.
Enrolling in our consultative instruction process is as simple as signing up for any one of the Empowerment modules in the areas of Self-Empowerment, Financial Empowerment, Vocational Empowerment and finally Business Instruction Empowerment and Development.
Competency-Based Certification
Participants who successfully complete programs generally receive Certifications of completion. The Mack Tucker Group takes this one step further by offering “Competency Based Certificates”. As the name suggests, a Competency Based Certificate is based on a participant’s ability to complete a specific part of their course curriculum. One example of this is when a participant completes their Financial Empowerment Modules, they will also complete their own Feasibility Study. This completed Feasibility Study will demonstrate their competency upon which their certification is based. Therefore, their certificate for the Financial Empowerment Module will also include their completed Feasibility Study as proof that they have successfully completed that course.
